How to find real homebuyers using Qazzoo Part IV

To find homebuyer leads in your area we suggest performing a search in the search bar above for your local area. Use a zip code, city or county and you will be surprised how many homebuyers are already looking for you

Mobile Real Estate leads are more valuable than you might think?

In the past 3 to 4 years online searches have migrated more and more away from desk tops and onto mobile devices. At last count nearly 50% of all searches are being performed on mobile devices. Now that might seem like a bit of bad news if you are running your own website and now you need to create a completely different “Mobile” site that is optimized for mobile devices, but here it the good news.

As a member of the Qazzoo community you don’t need a website, a mobile website, a mobile application or anything other than an internet connection because we have done all the rest of it for you.

Quick stats on mobile users:

70% of mobile users Act on their search results

Mobile commerce (M-Commerce) is up 99% in past 6 years

25% of Americans are mobile only

Mobile searches have quadrupled in the past year

Mobile users are more affluent than PC users

For these and other reasons it is important to stay up with current trends for discovering how to find homebuyer leads and understanding online and especially mobile Real Estate leads. To minimize the value of mobile leads or worse to ignore them today is to make a very big mistake tomorrow.  At least that is my opinion. If your opinion is different, let me know in the traditional way by keying my car or writing some hateful stuff on some random blog or wall. Or you could always call 800-230-9019 or contact client services at

  1. We still have horses and the buggy business will come back sometime soon…I feel it!

  2. Like it or not, businesses need to accept this fact concerning mobile usage. More and more people I talk to are mobile savvy and do a majority of their business through their phone (should we even call it a phone now?) I wonder how the horse and buggy business felt when the first “electric carriage” rode through town? We all know how that scenario played out.
